Petar Dunov: What to eat on different days of the week

According to him, they should be taken every day of the week certain foods, as different planets affect their growth. It is because of this that we can use the day of the respective planet most fullywhat nature put into every fruit.

Here are the foods to focus on on different days of the week:

Monday- the day of the Moon - take green foods - spinach, loboda, green beans, lettuce, cucumber, cabbage, maybe corn.

Tuesday- the day of Mars - red and spicy foods - tomatoes, red peppers, radishes, onions, garlic, horseradish, white turnips, maybe spinach.

Wednesday- the day of Mercury - carrots, pears, lemons, melons, peaches are best digested.

Thursday- the day of Jupiter - potatoes, pumpkin, okra and dairy products.

Friday– the day of Venus – peas, sesame, apples, prunes, cherries, sour cherries, strawberries and raspberries.

Saturday- the day of Saturn - emphasize nuts - walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts. Apart from them, chestnuts, dried fruits, ripe beans, eggplants, coffee and cocoa are also suitable.

Sunday- the day of the Sun - lentils, rice, grapes, oranges, tangerines, apricots.
